Meet Stephen
I’m Stephen Pratt, WA Labor Member for Jandakot.
I grew up as a kid in the southern suburbs where I'm now raising my own family.
I know how challenging it can be to balance the family budget, and how important quality services closer to home can be.
Before I was the Member for Jandakot, I spent four years working hard in the State Parliament as your South Metropolitan Region representative.
Now I’m proud to represent the Jandakot community, delivering projects for our schools, community groups and clubs and representing people from Atwell, Banjup, Canning Vale, Harrisdale, Jandakot, Leeming and Treeby in the State Parliament.
During eight years as a local councillor I helped deliver big projects like the Cockburn ARC.
I was involved in key decisions as a senior adviser for Roger Cook during the height of the COVID pandemic.
And for the past four years I've been advocating for our community in Parliament.
I'm working hard to make Jandakot an even better place to live, work and raise a family.
The Cook Government has worked hard to turn around the State's finances. We now have the strongest economy in the nation.
Only WA Labor can be trusted to responsibly manage the State to deliver real outcomes for our community.
